POOL SAFETY AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER By booking this property, I, the guest, acknowledge and agree to the following pool safety rules and liability terms:

1. SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY I understand that NO lifeguard is on duty at any time. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area. I accept full responsibility for the safety of all guests in my party using the pool. I confirm that all swimmers in my party can swim competently.
2. POOL SAFETY RULES No glass containers or breakable items in or around the pool area. No diving, running, pushing, or rough play in the pool area. No swimming under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No swimming during storms or severe weather conditions. No swimming after dark unless pool area lighting is fully operational. Maximum pool capacity must not be exceeded. Pool gates must be kept closed at all times. No electrical devices near the pool.
3. HEALTH AND HYGIENE Swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Anyone with open wounds or infectious conditions should not use the pool. Proper swimming attire is required. No food or drinks in the pool.
4. LIABILITY WAIVER I hereby agree that I use the pool facilities at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur in the pool area. I will not hold the property owner, manager, or staff liable for any injuries, accidents, or death that may occur while using the pool. I will be responsible for any damage caused to pool equipment or facilities by my party. I understand that violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of pool privileges.
5. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES I know the location of safety equipment. I have access to emergency contact numbers. I will immediately report any accidents or safety concerns to property management. By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Pool Safety Agreement and Liability Waiver.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES GENERAL RULES 

Quiet hours strictly observed 11 PM to 9 AM. No smoking, vaping, burning incense, or candles anywhere on property ($250 fee for violations). No firearms permitted. Guest profiles must include clear photo and accurate first/last names. Reservation holder must be present for check-in. Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed. Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited ($500 fee). Security cameras are present in outdoor areas only. No subletting or unauthorized guests allowed. PET POLICIES Pets not allowed in swimming pool. Pet owners must clean up and dispose of pet waste properly. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additional pet fee may apply. Pets must be leashed when outside. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to guest. PROPERTY CARE Use provided washcloths for makeup removal and staining products. Stained linens/towels charged at market price for replacement. Follow "leave it as you found it" philosophy. Report any damages immediately. No rearranging furniture. No tampering with security devices, thermostats, or other house equipment. Excessive cleaning fee may apply if property is left unusually dirty. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD Respect neighbors and neighborhood quiet. No outdoor amplified music. Parking only in designated areas. Follow local ordinances and rules. CHECKOUT REQUIREMENTS (by 11:00 AM)

1. Gather all used towels 2. Turn off all air conditioning units 3. Switch off all lights 4. Return keys to original location 5. Follow trash disposal instructions 6. Lock all doors and windows 7. Remove all personal belongings 8. Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher 9. Return furniture to original positions FEES AND PENALTIES Late checkout without approval: $50/hour. Lost keys/access cards: $50. Smoking violation: $250. Unauthorized parties: $500. Excessive cleaning required: $200. Pet violation: $250. Property damage: Charged at repair/replacement cost. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to all rules and policies. Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund and additional charges as applicable.
